Kaplan-Meier curves comparing overall survival of all lung adenocarcinoma patients included in the study according to the stage of disease. The treatment was based on the recommendations of the Czech Society for Oncology at the time of enrollment to the study (2018-2020).

Patients with advanced stages (stage 3c, 4a, 4b) of lung adenocarcinoma. Kaplan-Meier curves comparing overall survival of patients with EGFR variants treated by TKI (n=21) versus those with no gene changes, detected by NGS, treated by standard chemotherapy (n=35). EGFR: Epidermal growth factor receptor.

Patients with advanced stages (stage 3c, 4a, 4b) of lung adenocarcinoma. Kaplan-Meier curves comparing overall survival of patients with EML4-ALK fusion treated TKI (n=8) versus those with no gene changes detected by NGS treated by standard chemotherapy (n=35). EML4: EMAP Like 4; ALK: anaplastic lymphoma receptor tyrosine kinase.
